Delete your Dukan account
This page is for the Dukan app. You can ask for an account to be closed here even if the app is no longer on your phone. Sending this form does not delete the account by itself, and this website does not take a payment.

How to request deletion
- Enter the Somalia phone number you used to register in the Dukan app.
- Add the name on the account, and a short note if you want.
- Submit the request. Dukan confirms that number before the account is closed.
What is deleted
After the request is confirmed, Dukan closes the profile: name, phone, email, PIN hash, and the store or supplier contact details tied to that account.
What can be kept
Orders, payments, Dukan Center handovers, refunds, and disputes can be kept for as long as that order or a legal record needs them. Messages that belong to an open order or a policy review can also be kept.
